Horticultural Notes
10″ x 24″ Petunia’s are classic, easy summer color, everyone know about them. Here in Hawaii; with our year round summer weather we can grow these tender perennials at any time of the year. The trick to longer life and more flowers is to Cut and Feed your plants. And I know it sounds a little crazy but trim back the plants and fertilize when they look really good, do not wait until they are leggy and unattractive. They respond really well if cut back when in lush growth and do not respond well when leggy and sparse.
I have chosen a handful of bold striking colors. This one, Limoncello, is a unique lemon yellow in color.
