Horticultural Notes

15″ x 20″          Osteospermum or ‘African Daisy’ have recently exploded on the market with a huge range of colors and nearly every color of the rainbow is available.  They can be upright or trailing in habit.  These perennials or sub-shrubs are easy to grow and are topped with large daisy-like flowers.

Sunny Xena is an upright form with bicolor, pink and white flowers.  Prune plants after flowering into leafy areas, not into old wood, and fertilize for another show.  Plant in full sun to light shade and give moderate water.
