There are countless varieties of Coleus on the market but I only use a few in my garden. Sedona is another star performer with its sunset orange leaves. The rich colored leaves make a bold statement, accenting nearly any other color. Although they are perennials, Coleus are short lived. But you can get several seasons of unmatched color and texture. The main trick is to pinch out the light blue flower spikes. This helps to keep the plant in vegetative growth. Trim lightly and fertilize for lush growth. Plant in full sun or light shade and give regular water.
